Awana • begins September 9 • 6-8 pm
Preregistration: Sunday, August 31st and Sunday September 7th between services and after second service, and on Tuesday, September 2nd from 6-8pm.

One of the big changes we are making in Awana by offering dinner for the families who come to Awana, starting at 5pm. This will be a simple, nutritious dinner at an affordable price. Why are we doing this? To help our families not be so rushed on Tuesday nights and not have to settle for a quick run through the drive-thru on their way here. It also provides opportunities for fellowship. If you would like to help prepare or serve the meal, you can contact Dale Waller at 931-0431 and get more information about being part of the team.

Parents, by the time your child is 13 years old, he or she will have already developed a “world view.” With so many negative influences in the world today bombarding our children, Awana is a breath of fresh air, a positive and safe place where children learn the eternal importance of what is means to be Approved Workman who Are Not Ashamed.

Awana runs from 6:00-8:00 for Cubbies (three and four year olds), 6:15-8:00 Sparks (kindergarten-second grade), and 6:15-8:15 for Truth and Training (third-sixth grade) and 24/7 (junior high and high school).

If you have any questions, please call our Commander, Andy Sanchez. I hope to see you on the 9th!
